Our Teaching and Learning Model
Real projects, solid foundations, clear structure
At FLOW School we systematically design instruction to foster a safe climate, intrinsic motivation and an appropriate level of challenge. Our elementary programme connects project-based learning with continuous, measurable development of reading and mathematical literacy. English is integrated through co‑teaching and CLIL principles, digital competences are developed purposefully in connection with real tasks. An emphasis on stable routines and daily wellbeing supports focus, independence and long-term sustainable performance.
What your child will experience at FLOW

Project-Based Learning
Everything at Flow revolves around real-life challenges. Students conduct research → create prototypes → present → reflect, building communication skills, collaboration, and critical thinking. You will see your child’s progress early, thanks to feedback and the opportunity to watch them present their work to a full classroom of peers and their parents.

English at FLOW
In addition to dedicated English lessons led by native speakers, our classroom teachers co-teach alongside English-speaking educators. We integrate English through short, meaningful CLIL-inspired activities so children hear and use it during real work — while core instruction remains in Czech. We have a clear plan for what children progressively learn in listening, speaking, and subject-specific vocabulary.

Confidence in Reading, Writing and Maths
Every day we have step-by-step reading, writing and maths lessons. Children build confidence and fluency that they immediately apply in projects — so learning has a clear purpose and a tangible outcome.

Digital Literacy and Programming
From Grade 1, children search for information, create digital outputs, try programming and learn to present. ICT specialists plan lessons together with teachers so that technology supports thinking, data work and communication — not replaces it.

A Safe Environment for the Courage to Learn
Every day starts with a morning circle, classrooms have calm spaces, and children have support available when they need it. When a child feels safe and belongs to the group, they concentrate more easily and are not afraid of challenges. Our routines make safety and respect visible.
FLOW Students
Curious • Creative • Collaborative • Considerate • Competent
At Flow we guide children to become confident communicators and problem-solvers – the kind who can transfer what they learn to new situations in real life. It is not just about what children learn, but above all how they learn it.
