Our basic pillars

Entering the world of FLOW is the beginning of a unique educational journey. Our approach is designed to be as accessible as possible while ensuring the highest quality of education.

Project-Based Learning

Our teaching is rooted in project-based learning, where students tackle real-world problems and challenges, developing critical thinking and collaboration skills. Students learn to analyse situations, work in teams, and present their ideas. This approach builds social skills and prepares them for the real world.

Educational Programme FLOW

01

Extended English Teaching

Our extended English teaching is designed for all students, regardless of their English level. The programme combines grammar instruction with real-life communication practice, helping every child progress at their own pace.

The goal is for English to become a natural language of communication for children. At certain stages of the educational journey, students receive instruction primarily in English, immersing them naturally in the language.

02

Programming & Digital Literacy

Within our curriculum, we place strong emphasis on programming and digital literacy, so that our children develop essential digital skills from the very first grade.

We teach them how to create content, build digital products and services using technology. The goal is for children not to be merely passive consumers, but to become active creators in the digital world.

03

Psychological Safety

At FLOW, we place emphasis on psychological safety and the overall wellbeing of children. We achieve this through project-based teaching, individual approach, and a supportive team of specialists.

Our 90-minute teaching blocks allow both teachers and children to fully immerse themselves in the given project and subject matter, which supports deeper understanding and longer-lasting retention of knowledge.

We need to navigate new situations, think critically, make decisions and stand behind them, and take responsibility for them.

This is exactly the approach I found at FLOW, with its holistic approach to education and project-based teaching designed to prepare students for life in the 21st century. I love that FLOW brings meaning, creativity, playfulness, and above all, joy into the educational process. FLOW is not afraid to do education differently and to embrace challenges. I too love setting goals, constantly pushing forward and inspiring others to think similarly. I see FLOW as an opportunity for a new approach to education and for my own professional growth.
