Your child spends 3 full days in a regular classroom of their grade. No special programme, no pretending — a real day at FLOW, exactly as they'd experience it after enrolment. Completely free, no commitment.
From scheduling the dates to feedback is typically 2 weeks. You don't need to handle anything complicated — we'll prepare everything for you.
Before the visit, send us a few basic details about the child — age, current school, any allergies or specific needs. Plus your expectations of the visit. The questionnaire is at the bottom of this page and takes 5–10 minutes.
It helps us make sure the child feels safe from day one.
We get back to you within one business day and together pick 3 consecutive days that work for you and for the class the child will join. Usually a week's notice is enough.
If your child is currently at another school, we can also discuss how to excuse the absence.
The child arrives in the morning for the 8:15 morning circle and spends the full day with the class of their grade — lessons, projects, lunch, afterschool club if needed. No special programme, no "presentations". A real day at FLOW.
The teacher and the kids in the class know the child is visiting us. They'll help them fit in, be buddies, and feel good.
After the three days we sit down again — you with your child, us for the school. We share how it went, how the child felt, how the teacher saw it. If both sides say "yes", we sign the contract and arrange the start. If not, we part on good terms — the visit stays free and without commitment.
8:15 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Morning circle 8:15, lessons 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon, lunch, afternoon block until 2:30 p.m. and afterschool club until 5:00 p.m. Pickup any time between 2:30 and 5:00 p.m.
Pencil case, indoor shoes, snack
A pencil case with writing supplies, indoor shoes, a snack and a water bottle. Comfortable clothes (we often sit on the floor and move around).
Paid directly to the school
We'll send you the current lunch menu in advance. Pick the meals for the 3 days with your child and email your choice to info@skolaflow.cz. Lunch is then paid directly to the school.
A handful of short questions so we can make the visit as comfortable as possible for your child. Takes 5–10 minutes — nothing is binding.
Your request is now going through internal approval at the school — the class teacher and leadership will confirm the proposed date works for both sides.
Once the date is approved, we'll reach out by email or phone with confirmation and practical details. Typically within 2 business days.
