Location: Strategic and safe

We were not just looking for a building, we were looking for accessibility. Our new home in Balabence is located at the strategic intersection of Prague 8 and 9, which means one thing – less time in traffic and easier logistics for the family.

Address: Českomoravská 1a, 190 00 Prague 9.
Transport hub: We are just a short distance from Českomoravská metro station (line B) and directly at tram stops (lines 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and others).
Possibility to park on a side street or at nearby Harfa Gallery. At the same time, we plan a kiss-and-ride zone right in front of the building and for maximum comfort we are finalizing cooperation with Liftago for shuttle service option.
Green space and sports: We are surrounded by parks and just a 5-minute walk from a modern sports arena.

Campus: Space created for concentration

The new building is not just a school, it's an ecosystem. Na more than 1 600 m² we designed an environment that supports "flow" in learning and rest. Safety and hygiene are paramount – we haveown entrance separated from office tenants and modern ventilation with heat recovery.

Small groups: Maximum 16 children per classroom for individual approach.
Top-class facilities: Up to 18 core classes, specialized classrooms, "Deep work" zones for deep concentration and relaxation corners.
Little FLOW: Includes a new kindergarten school for 24 children with its own entrance and schedule (start September 2026).
Comfort for parents and children: Own dining hall with regard to diets, changing rooms and unique coworking zone directly for parents.
