FLOW is a Founders' School — a private elementary school and kindergarten in Prague that we've been building for several years. We're looking for teachers and assistants who want to be part of our vision.
A qualified teaching assistant for a grades 1–5 classroom. You work alongside the lead teacher and external practitioners, supporting children through projects, play blocks and wellbeing rituals. We're looking for someone who loves children, sees their potential and wants to grow with us.
Class teacher for a new class (Luna) at the new Prague 9 campus. Qualification for primary school, classroom experience welcome. You work in a pair with an assistant and partly with a native English speaker. You have autonomy over methods — we prefer teachers with an open mind for Hejný's maths, project-based learning and wellbeing.
An experienced director who will lead the founding and growth of Little FLOW from day one — culture, educational programme, teaching-team hiring and the parent community. You work with the FLOW Elementary leadership and with Marv Shamma. We're looking for a leader with vision, not an administrator.

Pay reflects experience and role — not pay grids. For higher-responsibility roles (class teacher, director) there are also bonus components tied to school outcomes.
Methodology, leadership, child psychology, talent development — in-house and external. Study leave and a financial contribution toward further education.
No micromanagement. Decisions are made in the team, we support experiments and open feedback. Marv (the founder) is reachable and listens.

The school currently runs grades 1–7 and is growing organically. Class capacity is up to 16 children. The teaching team always works as teacher + shared assistant or native speaker.
We have a specialist support team available — child psychologist, education methodologist, speech therapist. We're growing partnerships with external experts on specific competencies (Kiddům, Supercreators).
From September 2026 we're moving to the new campus in Prague 9 Balabenka.
